Rachel: I simply wanted to wish you, your family, and the Puckermans a very warm and merry Christmas from my fathers and I! I do hope the cutout cookies are going over well with the group.
Rachel: Dad also inputs a request that you join us sometime soon for the annual viewing of It's a Wonderful Life, among other holiday classics, and I'd be lying to say I wouldn't enjoy your company just the same.
Quinn: Same to you, Rach. Merry Chrismukkah. Or at least that's what Puck's been saying around mouthfuls of your cookies throughout the night.
Quinn: And let your fathers know I'd be more than happy to join you and yours for your holiday film marathon.
[sent five minutes later]
Quinn: Oh. Almost forgot. Puck keeps mentioning something about his annual New Year's Eve bash? Is this something you've attended before?

Fire hazard?
Technically, I don’t think so. Considering gels are used on lights much brighter and hotter than the ones lining the aisles, I’m leaning towards this just being an interesting, unconventional way of expressing creativity.
I guess that’s one way to describe it.

Win or lose, you’ve made WMHS proud many, many times this season, Quinn, and from my vantage point, you have a remarkably bright future ahead of you. My only regret is that I didn’t find a way to cover the entire bus with gold star stickers for luck.
It’s okay, Little Bird. I kind of liked just...

That’ll do just fine for me.
I have to say that I’d be honored to sport a #13, especially since I find it exceptionally kind of you to offer the job to me (not that it would be a job, it’s an article of clothing that instantly boosts school spirit).
But of course, I accept the duty with great pleasure and pride.
I’ll wash twice just for you, then.
And if...

I hope you’re feeling superstitious enough to collect a gold star and a good luck before the game tomorrow afternoon. I’ll have the TDC cast rooting for you girls from the aud in WMHS spirit.
I definitely am. Will a Glee trade-off work for you?
Also, we’re wearing our black jerseys during the...

Gossip like you would not believe. Of course, it’s usually the most mundane you’ll ever hear so—assuming I remember correctly—I’ll hedge my bets and say that neither of us missed a whole lot that could be considered juicy.

Touché.
As melodramatic as ever, I’m afraid. I didn’t learn anything further about the issue, unfortunately. There was a small fight that disrupted this afternoon’s rehearsal by the way of some verbal sparring and a few tears. Hopefully things will just blow over come Monday.
I can’t help but be amused because isn’t the real life drama somewhat mirroring the...

You make an excellent point, but the possible risk is minimized by the preciseness of it all. Once the routine has been learned, the goal is to make timing impeccable and the whole of it as safe and clean as possible. With sports, there’s more reflexes involved with getting out of the way of flying things.
I can just imagine little primary school you, swinging around on some...

I don’t know how to explain it, really, but there’s almost an unspoken, “You’ll do this and you’ll like it” deal when it comes to learning choreography for a show. As long as it seems within in my range of ability, it’ll be there. I can do a regular split without any trouble thanks to dance, but I’m a little wary of the grand jumping one.
I’m most concerned with objects flying...

Very carefully is the most correct answer I have for you.
It’s cute how you worried about potentially hurting yourself just kicking around a soccer ball, or concerned yourself with my injuries, since it seems I should be just as worried about your displays of athleticism.
I can say that the two times I ended up doing the splits were unintentional.

I… grimace just looking at the center gif on the bottom. I’m flexible, but ow.
I feel the same. That’s supposed to be me, so I’m hoping the choreographer takes a little pity on me or I have the move down by the time January rolls around.
How do you even practice or learn such a move?

Rachel: I have to try and live up to yours somehow.
Rachel: And a gold star you shall receive. You know where to find me.
Quinn: I do. I didn't earn my nickname for nothing.

Rachel: Worldly and versed sound much better than corrupted. Lest we forget that vocabulary of yours.
Quinn: Yours is fairly impressive, too, Little Bird.
Quinn: Oh, I'm going to need a gold star next Tuesday.

Rachel: I'm sure we'll devise a plan easily enough with your master plotting skills and my ability to diffuse situations by talking in circles.
Quinn: Especially since I've corrupted and roped you into aiding and abetting nefarious acts of vandalism.

Rachel: One more is an increasingly, eternally grateful Little Bird.
Quinn: We'll have to work out a system, though, otherwise Russell will realize I'm being given insider knowledge.

Rachel: As much as I love the Yogi method, it would be nice to see you, rule-breaker.
Quinn: Well, since I'm breaking all my other rules for you, what's one more, right?

Rachel: I could do that if you asked. It just wouldn't get you any cookies since I'm not about to scale trees.
Rachel: So the answer is fine, I concede. You'll get a text before I drop anything off.
Quinn: But we could do something Yogi Bear-style where I drop a pic-a-nic basket out my window and you could just send the delectables up that way.
Quinn: Or maybe I could break my rule and answer the door if I knew you were going to be on the other side...

Rachel: This isn't a John Hughes movie so I won't be coming to your window, if that's what you're implying.
Quinn: You mean you won't hold a stereo above your head for me while blasting Peter Gabriel. That wounds me, Little Bird.
